Dr. Orsalem Kahsai is the Founder and Executive Director of Golden Years Senior Care, a boutique residential senior living community serving older adults and families throughout Everett, Mill Creek, Snohomish, Bothell, and surrounding communities.
With more than 20 years of experience in biomedical and cancer research at Fred Hutch Cancer Center in Seattle, Dr. Kahsai brings a unique scientist-led approach to residential senior care. Her professional background includes molecular and cellular biology, clinical nutrition, integrative health, and healthcare research administration, with a longstanding focus on improving quality of life and patient-centered outcomes.
She founded Golden Years Senior Care with the vision of creating a highly personalized senior living community that combines clinical insight, compassionate caregiving, and a peaceful home-like environment.
